Chad Warner Named General Contractor for Gualala Community Center Rebuild

The Gualala Community Center (GCC) is pleased to announce that Chad Warner has been selected as General Contractor for the Gualala Community Center Rebuilding Project, marking another major step forward in bringing the new Community Center to life.

Warner joins the team of local professionals and community members who have contributed their expertise, time, and support to move the rebuilding project from planning into construction.

Work at the site is already well underway. Excavation of obsolete infrastructure and demolition of the remaining concrete from the former facility are nearing completion, with grading and compaction among the next steps as the site is prepared for construction.

Join Us for the Groundbreaking Celebration
The community is invited to celebrate this important milestone at the GCC Groundbreaking Ceremony on Sunday, August 23, at 2:00 p.m. at the construction site on Center Street.

The ceremony will recognize the many people who have donated their professional skills, volunteer hours, financial support, and hard work to help make rebuilding possible.

Please join us for cookies, lemonade, and a celebration of what a small community can accomplish when we all pull together.
